Went down a bit after 4pm and looked windy so rigged 6m/96l but nowhere near enough wind so 118l/8.5m but wind mostly gone. On last bob in managed to plane some more so carried on and wind picked up nicely and had good hour then packed up as shoulder sore. Phil out on 5.7m/twin and still going well when I left just before 7pm with wind well up. Sea quite flat, and later chop picked up and harder to gybe near river. Lovely summer evening and
